Information SHARP receives

SHARP receives the information a visitor chooses to provide when contacting the institution — typically name, title, organization, email address, telephone number and a description of the matter.

How it is used

Information is used solely to respond to the inquiry and to conduct any conversation or engagement that follows. SHARP does not sell information and does not share it with third parties except where necessary to respond to the inquiry or where required by law.

Retention

Inquiries submitted through this website are retained in SHARP's records for twelve months and then deleted. Where an inquiry develops into a prospect relationship, engagement or other legitimate business record, it is thereafter retained under SHARP's applicable business record-retention practices.

Confidentiality

Institutional information disclosed to SHARP in the course of an inquiry or engagement is treated as confidential under SHARP's institutional standards.
